I thought my body will be aching after going to the gym yesterday after eons but I was fine. I think it was waiting for the exercise and best of all I slept well!
I woke up determined to make my breakfast today to take to work. So I made an instant upma. It is a South Indian breakfast dish and I used the MTR mix to make my breakfast in 10 minutes. And it tasted so good!
I cancelled the walk this afternoon to go for lunch with my foodie boss. It was cold today, so we felt like having Japanese. There is this new Japanese restaurant that has opened next door to work called Yamato which has a very weird way of greeting people by shouting something in Japanese enmasse. My boss advised me that this is how it is done in Japan! I had the ginger pork donburi with miso soup and salad. It was delicious!
I came home to run to the gym for my Zumba class and it was fun! All the more so coz I was with friends. We had fun and I think Zumba will be my motivation to the gym. I was knackered by the time I came back but in a good way. Avi had made vegetable for dinner but I did not feel like eating anything but wanted to drink something chilled. So my dinner tonight was a bottle of boost juice. I hope it sustains me till morning. Here is my food pic for today!
