Since I started writing my blog, I always put a new year post. While it is just another day, I feel that notional resetting and restarting. I take stock of what I achieved in the year and put some goals for the new year to focus and have that feeling of restarting.
Last year I set a goal to focus on my health, wellbeing and connections. I was able to focus on most of them and make progress on my overarching goal of living a life as per my values and spreading positivity and kindness all around.
This year, I am changing tacts and focussing on micro resolutions. “We become what we repeatedly do.” Every month I have set up a theme for myself and a few actions that will help me create a habit. While my yearly goals have not changed, I am approaching them differently and targeting them one bit at a time. The aim is that before the year ends, I have some sustainable habits and growth to carry on.
Here is what I have come up with and am looking fwd to tracking and sharing my progress with you all. I will use tech and AI to help me track my goals. Here’s to 2026 and learning and growth!
