I will start my blog with a picture to sum up today!
It was a productive day at work and I accomplished a few goals. I was excited coz I was meeting my recently engaged friend Kat for lunch and I wanted to hear all about it. I am so happy for her, she is the best and found herself a lovely man. They are getting married next year and I wish them all the happiness in life.
We had Thai for lunch. Who cared about food when you have so much to catch on! Anyways below is the picture of my fried rice.
We had pre planned a take away dinner for tonight. Indian from the local Tandoori Garden restaurant. Malai kofta, Butter Paneer Masala and Aloo paratha – yum and concluded the week with a bang! No early morning, it is the weekend! Till tomorrow……..
