After a hiatus from my holiday, I am back to blogging. I will blog separately about my holiday which was a mix of a lot of emotions. Right now, it is back to the grind and what a welcome back! I started my day with issues and it practically pushed me into action thrashing my prior hope of easing into work. I dressed up taking calls and here was the outfit if the day; comfortable black pants with blue chiffon top; great for travelling.
The last thing I wanted was to fly but it was already pre planned and it was exciting. It was the CSIA annual Australian Excellence awards. And we won! Not only our company won the state award for medium business but I personally won the highly commended state award for Contact Centre Manager. Very proud of the achievement not only for myself but for the team. I lead a great team which is what delivered the award! Here are some pics from the award night.
