Today’s question – “One thing you should start doing”
One of my resolutions this year was to start saying No more. I have been doing that and it has certainly helped in managing my energy and priorities.
I have to start doing meditation. This is something that I have been meaning to start for some time now. What I need to stop doing – overthinking- will be helped by what I need to start doing- meditation.
I have tried a couple of times but my focus has not been great. I recently started listening to a podcast and realised that there are small steps I can take to start meditating. I am hoping that these steps will help me get there.
