An even lazier Sunday

Posted on May 3, 2009 by Sonali
So Yash woke us up at 7 this morning….I did not have a very good night’s sleep, had really bad nightmares….my old nightmare is back for some reason…I don’t even know what it signifies…I think I need to see a dream interpreter :-0

As I was saying, after waking up, i had tea in bed…that is my biggest weakness…..I have my tea in bed and I am ready to face anything. Avi and I had decided that today was the day we will have a nice brunch…we went to this new cafe that has opened up in Kogarah…not entirely new but it has been renovated and has become really family friendly…that is the key word I look for these days. They have all day breakfast…my kind of place. So we had breakfast there. Avi had the small brekkie but I could not resist myself and had the BIG BREAKFAST…it was Yum!!! I felt so guilty afterwards that I went for a long walk…..Yash enjoyed his first proper cafe visit as well and I must say, he was very well behaved.

The rest of Sunday was a blur. We have decided that the coffee table has to be removed temporarily from its centre place….we are always mortified that he will hit his head on the corner or on the side and he does seem to be enthralled with it…he wants to be around it all the time. Removing it will mean that he has a big play area without us going raving mad saying “No” every 2 minutes. The joys of having a child….your house resembles a hovel…at least mine does:-)
