I love writing my blog and reading them back later. So many times o have read my blogs and reflected on my state of mind at the time.
I love doing set challenges as that helps my train of thoughts around writing. It gives me a topic to write everyday that helps. Over the years I have done a few writing challenges but my favourite remains the one I did last year A TO Z blog
I made a list of words that I wanted to cover for each alphabet and I chose the positive words that resonated with me. Then writing on the word was easy.
I read that time and time again when I am feeling low and it helps me bounce back. It gives me motivation. Read it and let me know what you think about it!
