Today’s question – “What is your leadership style?”
I love being a leader and pride myself on being a good leader. And this is not what I think but what my teams have said over the years.
I am a compassionate, values based leader. I am a firm believer in people and their capabilities and that is reflected in my leadership. I believe that every human is born unique and have distinct capabilities that may enrich our lives when we are in contact with them. That belief
has translated to my leadership, and I am passionate in helping people excel in what they wish to excel in. I love when I see people succeed and believe that we all go higher when we lift others along with us. This is one of the core foundations of my value-based leadership that I practice in my day-to-day life – be it personal or professional
interactions.
My teams over the years have always commended me on my leadership style and my strength based approach to outcomes. Leadership is a journey and I am being taught everyday by people around me.
