I suck at baking! The best I have done is make the pre-mixed cup cakes and even they have turned out to be ordinary! So you can imagine why this is on my bucket list. For once I want to bake a cake from scratch, one that looks and tastes good! I saw this recipe on the net about a date and walnut cake that looked delicious. That is what I will be trying.
