Self discovery is as important as self confidence! And there is no better way to achieve both than take a solo trip. I have read so many articles where people undertook a solo trip and came back a changed person. It has been in my thoughts for a very long time and I have wanted to do it at various stages of my life. But some how or the other I never managed to undertake it. Guilt, fear, anxiety and so many other emotions took over every time I planned it. But it is on my bucket list and I am determined to do it!
