September is a month of birthdays! So many of my close friends have their birthdays in September. The weather starts getting better too, so it is celebrations galore.
The month started with continuing my birthday celebrations. My friends came home, which is always special. Then my bestie Padma took me on a day out to celebrate 50 years of me on this earth. It was a wonderful day. We went to the Tulip festival in Bowral snd then had a scrumptious lunch at a cafe. It was good to get out and spend the day together, just us.
The following weekend it was my turn to take her out to celebrate her birthday. We went to the most instagrammable place – The Potting Shed in Alexandria. It was as gorgeous as we see it in the pictures. So we took some pictures for our memories before sitting down to a delicious lunch. Dinner that night was a nice pub close to our place with husband and kids in tow, It was another day well spent.
Last weekend of the month, we celebrated the birthdays of two of my close friends, this time with husbands. We went to a place in parramatta called Nautanki Sala, coz the owners were known to a friend. While the food was meh, the company more than made up for it. It was a great night!
October is the month of festivals and I am so looking fwd to it. But till then, here is a snippet of the September memories.
