Friends make our life richer and are like gold threads woven in our life tapestry. I am lucky to have called some really wonderful humans as my friends.
As you would have noticed by now, I love people. I am one of those humans who genuinely like people and work on the theory that everyone is amazing unless proven otherwise. I trust people and accept them in my life and because of that have had my heart broken quite a few times. But I refuse to change, it just means I make friends easily!
Having moved countries has meant that I have friends from all stages of my life. Again, I am fortunate that I am still in touch with my childhood friends, school friends, college friends and then all the wonderful friends I have made in my adopted homeland over the last 15 years.
I called and spoke to an old friend today and it was wonderful to catch up with her across time zones and reminisce about old times! Here’s a snapshot with some of my friends. I am very grateful for all of them in my life.
