Now, the word selfie did not exist when I was growing up. The word was coined in Australia and in the boom of smartphones, Instagram and social media, it became an acceptable word. So much so, that it was coined word of the year and included in Oxford dictionary.
These days you don’t have to explain what it means. “Let’s take a selfie” is a complete sentence. So here I give you my selfie taken a few months ago.
