I am a movie buff – I love watching movies of all kinds but Bollywood romantic movies remain my firm favourite.
I have a list of feel good movies that I can watch over and over again without getting bored. So let me list those out.
- Lamhe – I have so many memories associated with the movie. I was in year 11 and watched the first time with friends. The older Anil Kapoor and his suave personality struck my romantic heart. The dialogues and the movie remain a favourite ever since.
- Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jaayenge – I mean it has to be on the list for every Bollywood romantic buff. Raj was the boyfriend every girl wanted – someone who would follow you till the end of the earth. When Shahrukh opened his arms, every girl wanted to be his Simran and I was one of them. I can still watch it over and over again without getting bored.
- Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam – This movie is all about Ajay Devgan. I still remember watching this movie with friends and thinking of having someone like him for a husband. Heady days – so many memories attached to this one. What makes it special is I love the music and the dances. Another rainy day favourite.
I can add a lot more but I think I will stop at three. Rains are supposedly coming, so time to put these movies on, yet again 🙂
