Out of all my items on my bucket list, this would be the hardest. And that is for 2 reasons – one, I love food way too much and second, I don't believe in weight loss and the whole concept around the ideal weight philosophy. For me being healthy has nothing to do with your relationship with gravity.
So why do I have it on my bucket list? Because it is a challenge. I want to achieve the weight I was when I got married! Yes, I blame my husband for all the weight gain – he keeps me too happy 😄
Now how am I going to achieve it remains to be seen and planned out! I will start my journey next year and will chronicle how I go. It is hard but certainly not impossible! And I expect all my friends to motivate me and help me achieve this goal! Bring it on!
